Hopefully somebody will take this up..........lots of unhappy family members left in limbo by unsatisfactory death certificates.
Surely your can only go on excess deaths above the normal average ?
Of course in that figure there will be some that have passed because they didnt get treatment for other issues .
But the fact that covid is here and without it there woildnt be this amount is the main factor .

Chemist gave me one of the free NHS covid-19 self-test kit (Rapid Antigen Test) contains 7 applications. Not sure how reliable these are but seems a good idea if they do the job.

Are they the lateral flow tests? If so, they’re about as much use as a chocolate teapot from the stats I’ve seen. They give false positives and can’t detect non symptomatic infection. Accuracy rate at their worst of 2%, best about 15%.

Don't expect him to know anything apart from that they were free.

I find it interesting to look back on stuff sometimes in regards to what the UK can afford, the magic money tree is a term I often hear used.

I can remember when Corbyn promised to refund 4 million women, the financial loss they incurred due to the increase in pension age from 60-65. The cost to do that at the time was estimated in the region of £58bn over 5 years.

https://www.theguardian.com/money/2019/nov/23/station-pension-age-women-labour-compensation

Yet the current government spent £37bn on track and trace forecast spending for a 2 year period. Remembering this excludes everything such as furlough and all the other million/billion pound costs during covid.

Funny how we can find the money when we have to.

Then there is this...

Mr Cameron is not hard up. He owns three homes that we know of. He can pull more than £100,000 for a speech. He has several well-remunerated roles with other firms. Yet that was apparently not enough to satisfy his gargantuan sense of entitlement. While he insists it is an exaggeration to say he stood to gain $60m from share options in Greensill, he won’t divulge the anticipated payday. Says one senior Tory: “Dave’s eyes were out on stalks at the gold on offer.”

Cameron was reportedly bragging about the 1% share stake he’d been offered for greasing the wheels being worth between $60-80m.

Nothing to see here though perfectly legit.

What’s that? Boris’s key aide also caught at the trough now...

It’s not cronyism, it’s not a chumocracy, it’s ****ing corruption.

Call in the Feds.
