Doubt it will happen, but HIV+ people have been prosecuted in the past for not informing sexual partners (counts as ABH or GBH).

 

Some mythical guy from Manchester is to blame? Not sure that adds up tbh. Looks to me like more deflection of responsibility away from government - in Westminster and Holyrood - and on to the woman in Primark/ bloke at the bustop/ inconsiderate jogger etc, who didn't wear a mask.
