Just had a very nice salad with fancy cheese and crackers and pineapple for pudding. Going to head shopping soon to restock on beer and wrap ingredients then hitting some COD Warzone (finished 1st last night ) Quite enjoying this tbph. @The Chaser going for #55
If anyone wants my vinaigrette recipe, it's probably the nicest I've tried. Measures are approx as I just chuck things in, but happy to clarify if anyone needs it: Take a small glass and put in a 2/3 olive oil 1/3 balsamic vinegar. Then put in the same amount of old red wine as balsamic vinegar (ideally a week old, but even older is better) Crush 2 gloves of garlic, one big teaspoonful of dijon mustard, a teaspoon of liquid honey (bit less than the mustard) and squeeze some lemon into it until the acidity is right. Mix properly and cover salad.
I am so ****ing bored Shop trip got postponed due to rain, so having a spliff instead and probably going to order pizza.
Got some Ben and Jerrys in the freezer on standby, just need to reach optimal stonedness before ordering pizza. Dominos is about 200m from my house so it gets here in bout 10mins, but not in the mood for a pizza coma so will probably go for a fancy Italian pizza. Decisions like this make life worth living imho.
