So you think that more black babies dying whilst being looked after by white doctors has no correlation with the claims of racism being prevelant in increased mortality rates in black people in general in America?

If he read the full report, rather than the summary headline, he'd probably see that cultural and socio-economic factors are far more of an issue than race. Unfortunately, his own inherent racism means he will cling to anything that supports his bigoted views.
