55 miles to Edinburgh on the bike yesterday. Me, Declan, my bro in law William and his son and my nephew, Dominic.

Canal quite busy, Princes street garden was quite busy too.

Seen one ambulance and 6 cop cars.

The canal paths are mobbed ... Seen a **** fishing with a clothes pole dangling in the water and tanning cider ...

Building up distance /fitness , heading through to Falkirk wheel not this week but week after ...
