There are thousands of experts out there who are saying things contrary to what those two ****s Whitty and Vallance are spouting, i would listen to different arguments, then make a decision i'm sure you've heard of the Great Barrington Declaration, maybe not if you only watch the msm BBC, ITV etc, but 35k experts in the medical, scientific field have signed it, makes you wonder why they won't listen to those people and debate, not like they've got anything to hide is it?
Just to clarify, i'm not saying there isn't a virus out there, the pandemic is the fear they are putting into weak minds.

I watched an interview with Ian Duncan Smith the other day, it was quite long and he spoke a lot of sense and more or less said Bumbling Boris has got the handling to this wrong, but his final bit was interesting, he said a friend of his, an elderly bloke, i think in his late 80's went for a covid test, he had two and both came back negative, he had a heart attack a week later and sadly passed away, on his death certificate he died of covid.

Yes mate, I don't follow english politics as I don't live there.
Seems the **** up is universal, a class mate of my daughter felt unwell, so went to the hospital, 1st diagnosis apendicitis, 2 nd diagnosis bronchitis, finally covid, ffs how thick are these people?

It does beg the question what the **** is going on Este,
I watched an interview with a spanish doctor some time ago, he was being interviewed at at work and because he wouldn't tow the line by saying his hospital was full with covid patients and it was out of control the female interviewer started getting angry, so her co host took over and basically told this doctor he was wrong, fo'fuxake the man worked there and was just giving his facts, obviously they didn't like that as it went against their narrative
I'l try find it and post it

Yup, ****ing journalists only want their angle.
I don't watch the news as it's all a horror show.
I catch up with data on the net, but who believes it?
Also found out tonight one of my youngest classmates has covid, they live with me as I am a single parent, me and my ex share time with them, no problems.
So we are all exposed to it and will get it, hopefully my kids get it and are asintomatic and can live free, if the older ones amongst us get ,well roll the dice.
****ed off with this confinement.

I know that Oz doesn't have the same population as you do (UK), but in our state (Queensland) our premier shut down very quickly. To be fair, people did follow the rules, mostly, and we had the virus at least under control very quickly and kept it there. Currently the only active cases we have are people from overseas who have flown in and are in hotel quarantine, and there aren't many of them (6-7 maybe). Other states were ****ty with us because we closed our borders to keep the diseased out, but it worked. Two other states, NSW and Victoria, eventually followed suit and began a strict lockdown resulting in both of them now being new cases free for a number of weeks. Queensland have now reopened the borders to them and things seem to be moving smoothly for the moment. O course we haven't cured the disease but we have contained it, People followed the simple rules and life is returning to normal albeit slowly. It can be done, but it needs the conviction of everyone. Try it, you never know.

Everyone here has a conviction. There are 13 active cases, all returned from overseas, all in quarantine. It's now over 2 months since there was a local case.

Now let's see if you can contain the Spiders and Snakes, we have contained them, covid will never fully go away, will mutate, you eventually will have to live with it, same as us, or go back to the dark ages.

Yeah, Yeah, Yeah we have over 60 million of the Pfizer, Moderna and Astra/Zeneca vaccine doses already ordered and paid for and we are even developing our own as well. We seem to have managed for 60,000 years with the snakes and spiders so I'm thinking we will be ok for a few more.

Seriously though the thing about the mRNA vaccines is that they seem to be able to be modified relatively quickly so mutations may not be a big problem. The concern I have with the vaccines and the mRNA vaccine in particular is does it only prevent you getting ill but you are still infectious or does it stops the infection being transmitted as well
