Apparently UK have done just under 39m tests whereas France have done just under half that at just over 19m. Probably something I'm missing but doesn't add up to me.
The whole world are reporting their deaths differently.
Me neither never trusted them after they bombed our chippy. They have ten thousand new cases up from about two thousand. So perhaps mama merkel is having to come clean. Poland has a big surge too and Italy.

I thought the mRNA vaccines were supposed to be cheaper to produce than the Oxford one?
At the end of the day, if the Government went on a waiting list and spent millions more for the USA vaccine they would be slammed for spending more money and slammed again for the delay.
Once we have used our allocated 10 million we won’t be allocated any more for 12 months minimum.
We don’t know which one will last longer between needing to be vaccinated again neither and there will be more companies coming through in the months ahead.
I think we should just be pleased there is more than one option and I’ll be honest, I won’t be trying to race to the front of any queues so if the Politicians want to be first and be test pieces they’re welcome.
You need to put your rosey glasses on, more than one vaccine option, we’re on the verge of a Covid cure and Brexit is full steam ahead

Hopefully the above is made up, but going on everything else that has been done it's probably very true. Imagine the scenario, "you coming out this weekend"? "nah mate I haven't got my freedom pass".
So you could have some people vaccinated, some with their 2 negative tests and some unfortunate people who have to continue living the nightmare.
