What an awful country turkey is but when you have a despot dictator in charge its no surprise.Turkey will be the next to suffer massively, that’s assuming they release genuine figures, over 400 arrested so far for allegedly “spreading panic and fear” on social media and two doctors withdrawing previous statements on the current situation
Morning all. When you have a record of lying like Boris Johnson and Dominic Cumming its difficult to believe a word they say.Unfortunately some disgraceful comments on here today about the PM.
This is no joking matter and that goes for all of us.
Sadly I was infomed of a friends death tonight and one more is in ICU and fighting for his life.
Not having a go at anyone just asking for compassion for all.
On the German thing, it would appear they are far better prepared. Deaths 1612 compares to uk 5373, 28 deaths yesterday compared to 439. They have far more in icu but last week I h=eard their health guy explain that they have different ventilation equipment that most other countries don't yet have. They also have the capacity to test huge amounts and are even processing 2k tests per day for Ireland that we haven't capacity forI also thought the lockdown was late but they were apparently going off expert advice which you would hope the government would do. I always compare us with Germany to see how we're doing, we have similar populations, similar economies and both weren't quite at the epicentre in the way Spain and Italy were. Obviously they've handled it much better than us so far.
Another interesting comparison are the Nordic countries. Sweden have had a very soft lockdown and recorded 477 deaths. Finland and Norway have a similar combined population to Sweden but were much faster to lockdown and have so far recorded 105 deaths between them.

I never knew you were a male escort. What's the money like.I think the thing is they took the advice of one group of scientists but it wasn't a consensus and the exchanges were heated - at least that's the review i read.
A client of mine is from Gothenburg had an interesting chat with her last week. They've are working from home if they can but are as a nation reasonably comfortable with the how it's being handled. Their health guy is a divisive figure but they're sticking with the herd strategy for now. I believe the deaths are largely in care homes, so they can't visit there - everything else is fair game

I'm not askingPretty good. I get paid paid by the inch.
You're not asking to get paid?I'm not asking

Well we could always get Nicola Sturgeon at the helm god help us the narrow minded two faced treasonable bitch WJWhy?
He's the fcuker that wanted to kill most of us on here until he was stopped. Too late for many, sadly.
Or even scrap that fkg stupid over budgeted new railway they are building. You must log in or register to see media
Whilst I agree footballers are well over paid I think it is harsh to make them the scapegoats. Yes they should do whatever they can to help their club save jobs but there are plenty of real rich barstewards who could help the NHS survive. The ****ing government can start by making sure they stop trying to run it into the ground.
Call her anything you like, but treasonable is one thing she most certainly is not! And she's not narrow-minded - more like single-minded, which is why she's been elected time after time for donkey's years. Can't understand why the english are so interested in her that they have to abuse her incessantly. Perhaps it's a measure of the great job she's doing.Well we could always get Nicola Sturgeon at the helm god help us the narrow minded two faced treasonable bitch WJ
Total rubbish, when the Brexit vote came out in favour of leave, she said that they required a separate one, that is treason of the highest order, and still an offence in which you can be hanged for. She was narrow minded over her fellow female medical rule breaking lock down stupid bitch, until she was advised to back off and tell her to resign/terminate the position.Call her anything you like, but treasonable is one thing she most certainly is not! No I'm not asking how much change he got from a fiver. You're not asking to get paid?
You sure you're Yorkshire?![]()
I love it. She's really got under your skin, hasn't she? Hate to tell you but there is no death penalty for treason these days. That belongs in medieval times, just like your evident view on successful women. Alec Salmond was rarely criticised in such a way by the english for his work on the same mandate. Laughable bigotry.Total rubbish, when the Brexit vote came out in favour of leave, she said that they required a separate one, that is treason of the highest order, and still an offence in which you can be hanged for. One thing I can assure you of is that the majority of us English are not interested in her only when she opens that narrow little poison mouth of hers and shows disrespect to democracy and the realm, then she is open for much needed criticism.
You might want to consider that what you think is putting other people right is perceived by those others as being a purveyor of the bleedin’ obvious. Just a thought. You mean the mild form where he takes up a valuable hospital bed to get a wash down by some pretty nurse like in the carry on films ?
This is for real, this is on your doorstep and in your supermarket.
Give my head a wobble!!! Ya cheeky fkr, you mark me down as a fkg curry muncher then!!! Oh ok WJ or should I address you as your fkg holyness... as you are always right, don’t think so pal on this topic.I love it. She's really got under your skin, hasn't she? "Disrespect to democracy & the realm". FFS, give your head a wobble. Everyone in this country is perfectly entitled to ask for anything they want. They might not get it, but they're entitled to ask. And when you've got millions of people voting for you to ask those questions, you most certainly HAVE to ask the questions. THAT is democracy. I hate to think what your definition is.
