Not one case of this col...er flu in St james Hospital Leeds, it was very quiet there last night
I know he's off his rocker, but check out the David Ike interview on YouTube - actually found myself agreeing with half of it
I've been ill since last weds and came back from lanzarote with a cold. My symptoms were slight headache.. Extremely runny nose over the weekend went through 3 bog rolls. No fever at all.. No aching and no cough except a very slight one once or twice a day. Plus the tell tale signs of a cold was sneezing a typical achoo one. As for self isolating I live on my own anyway.
You’ll have to put the magic wand away for a couple of weeks and behave yourself wakey
No Australians can leave the country now, I can hear you lot rejoicing from here!!!!
Take a hot toddy, works for me
You seem to be getting hit quite badly in the UK, twice as many death compared to a normal flu season so far,
Keep safe to you all
Wakey might have a totally different meaning to taking a hot toddy
Elderly people with underlying serious illnesses have died some showed symptons of the virus.
Its being stated many more could have had the symptons as far back as December and just put it down to the common cold., the mass hysteria by the media isnt helping the situation. keep calm.
Hopefully just a cold or mild flu Wakey, good luck mate
Thanks bud time will tell if it spreads as I expect it to.
Keeping calm is always a good idea and so is listening to and following the advice being given. This isn't the common cold, it isn't the flu and yes it generally kills older infirm people, but that isn't good. There shouldn't be hysteria, it doesn't help but something that has killed nearly 20,000 people in less than 20 weeks needs to be taken seriously.
I must admit for the last 3 weeks I haven't been tip top. First two weeks I was not coughing but certainly clearing my throat more than a few times an hour. Me and the wife were tired and my chest felt really heavy and achey, like somebody was sitting on it.
I checked and the only advice was 'temperature, new dry persistent cough'. That was it. We had neither so advice was to carry on. Which we did.
Advice is now 'temperature, new dry persistent cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell'.
I certainly had shortness of breath but nothing else! Hopefully loads of people have already had a very mild version and not known about it. I doubt that is the case but I'm hopeful.
Idris Elba and his wife have shown no symptoms. Tom Hanks and his wife have recovered and seemed to feel a bit rough for a few days. Andy Goldstein off talksport had it and said he was in bed for a couple of days and had a bit of a cough. Apparently Charlie Austin had it and was bed stricken for 4 or 5 days thinking he was at deaths door!
The difference of symptoms is alarming.
I have a 26 year old second cousins near London with it. First few days weren’t much but said last three days with the coughing and breathing difficulty was terrible. Prince Charles has it now
Prince Charles tested positive, that’ll cheer your day up, mine too
I'll put money on that he doesnt peg it due to this
What an appalling post...you should be ashamed of yoursef for finding joy in the fact that an elderly gentleman has contracted corona virus.
Bet he doesn’t get put into Quarantine with the rest. He’ll have an entire ward to himself
I’m hoping he has passed it on to his Brother Andrew too
