Afrikaner are/were not British descendants - they are/were descendants of the German, Belgium and Dutch settlers!

Apartheid is an Afrikaans word meaning apart and was the name for the system used in South Africa. In the attached article the case is made that the seeds of racial segregation in Southern Africa were sown by two famous Brits, Rhodes and Churchill, which could partly explain why their statues are targeted. Going back as far as when time began as we know it, before BC there has been slavery and segregation as part of that, slaves and lower classes weren't allowed the use of the rich bath houses etc, it was a type of segregation, but wasn't called appartide, neither was it started by Britain, maybe Egypt I don't know, Britain may have copied the behaviour hundreds or thousands of years later, but to say we started it is rediculas.official History says South Africa 1948.If it was Britain it would be called segregation, as our language isn't Dutch.
Look out how the narrative is changing as enlightenment and education does its work. No longer denying that the British were responsible for apartheid before the Nationalist Government legislated it.
