Ive heard that but also at same time I've known people who have been hit by it though so makes me think bollocks.

Why would the government purposely **** themselves over lose loads of money over a fake virus?

Only reason I could think of is a depopulation exercise which seems crazy but art the same time wouldn't surprise me.

    I don't mean you mate <laugh>

Just online seen the conspiracy people thinking its fake <doh>

I think it probably is down to ventilators as I can't remember the number but it was extremely low how many ventilators each hospital had.

This deaths v lockdown thing reminds me of working at Rock City.

We'd ideally have 18 'doormen' and at that level we were right on top of the job so, no real trouble.

After a few weeks the management would inevitably think we could lose a few lads and would cut it back so, trouble.

This is the same situation, allow people too much slack and we'll pay the price.

Edit: We didn't have as many deaths no matter how few of us there were.

What would be the point of that and how many people would be involved?

Ventilators can always help but they can't always cure.

It's killing the economy, putting thousands out of work and ruining countless businesses mate ...

... why would all these governments do that if it wasn't necessary?

The reason people are dying is that there are no remedies available... If you get a big/bad does of the virus your chances, particularly if you have other health problems are slim..

Do these people clamouring for an end to the "lockdown" think that because a bunch of politicians decide to ease the restrictions (because of financial pressures) that this means the virus has gone away? No it hasn't, it is still there and hungry for more hosts to multiply in and pass onto other hosts. The reason the figures are dropping is because this opportunistic infection has had it's opportunities to infect taken away by the lockdown. Easing off now will simply result in more infections and therefore more deaths in turn resulting in reinstating the lockdown again!

Exactly mate hence why I can't see football starting again for at least 18 months with fans in attendance.

Football will be stopped at least that long. 370 deaths in the Daily Heil? 621 at the government press conference. Wonder why the Heil's figures are almost always half of the true figure. If I was a suspicious person I would think that the Daily Heil was pushing for an end to the lockdown to appease their big business buddies.

621 deaths today, 28,000 deaths in total and yet the Premier League are trying to restart and certain sections of the press are trying to get lockdown measures eased.

    Give me strength

It's insanity mate, and all because of the self importance of people.

Trying to claim football supporters will sustain psychological damage if we don't start playing again soon.

In all honesty if people are that needy we should keep them in lockdown, and away from me, permanently.

FFS me Dad was taken out of the NE, for the first time in his life, and sent off for 4 years to let Germans fire guns at him <laugh>

    That's very true.

Quite a few grounds were bombed out though, Old Trafford, Bramall Lane, etc.

No bombs hit grounds during games, iirc, although the V-bombs were random and came close a few times.

Most of the Tories are gan with June 1st easing of the lockdown

Primary schools to be allowed to reopen so parents can get back to graft

People being allowed out extra for exercise picnics etc

As the disease does not transfer as easy as indoors, but people still have to maintain social distancing
