    Ireland bringing back in restrictions, how long before Boris does the same over here for England?

    You weren't asking me but no, absolutely no more restrictions.

    Advise the elderly/vulnerable that infections are rising and to take as many precautions as they can and even stay at home if necessary. The rest of society needs to learn to live with this. It's here to stay and it isn't going away.

    I already have restrictions - I live in Wales and the requirement to wear a mask in shops, etc, has never been rescinded.

    Gwynedd also has the highest number of homes used as holiday lets and second homes.

    Just got back from Anglesey which I assume is Wales and hardly anybody there were wearing masks in shops, pubs or anywhere else we went.

    The area most affected just happens to be the area with the highest proportion of tourists, who are also the least likely to wear masks.

    Considering he doesn’t follow his own rules I doubt he will bring in restrictions, not before Christmas anyway.

    He probably realises that some people will just take no notice and the moron only has himself to blame.

    Depends what restrictions. Currently there us nothing in the data to require further restrictions and the current measures are precautionary until the full extent of omicron is known.
