Representing your country at the Olympics is one of the great experiences in life and out of the norm for a footballer. It reflects well on Cork and on SFC. Can't see GB doing well, but hope he does well and comes back in one piece and fit.

Showing your slight lack of expertise again on the browser user front again, Fran.

You know that stuff near the top which goes www.not606.com/blah-de-blah-blah-blah..? Well when you get to the webpage you're talking about just highlight and copy whatever is there and you get this: http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~2834974,00.html

That's a link. When others click on it, they go to the page you're on about. That's enough IT tutoring for today. Don't want an overload. ;)

Get a life, SS. You'll be complaining that women get the vote next.

I had a job editing scientific papers and used a word processor (would look steam powered now) and could cut and paste on that. Was easy peasy. Modern computers can do more but have made simple tasks more complicated. Not really interested in mastering it, though my life is one of little triumphs.

Well, if you can cut, copy [which is basically the same as cutting] and paste, you can link to other websites and pages. Come on. let's see a link. Duck your head under the water, gal. ;)

My new printer which was working a few weeks ago has stopped talking to my computer. I have a friend who is an IT whizz and she has told me to call her. I am too scared because she will talks words at me. I now avoid her at work. I HATE COMPUTERS THAT DON'T WORK.
