I for one am looking forward to the Copa starting later, not a bad opening game: Chile v Ecuador, a couple of our former loanees will surely feature. Chile will be hoping to do well as host nation, I'm just hoping Peru make it out of their group!

Couldn't believe BBC mucked up fixtures, see pic! Bolivia actually play Mexico tomorrow!!!

I think Chile will win it. I'm looking forward to this as there is no other football going on this summer. This is a great tournament, loads of quality on show and done and dusted in three weeks. The KO times are also good for us night owls. Perfect.

It's on América Televisión, state channel here in Peru so pretty sure you can find a stream for that. Chile looking slick, 3 at the back, Isla playing in front of them on the right (sigh!), no Vargas. Sanchez should have scored already, Ecuador defending well and coming back into it.

Isla and Vargas are quality players.
It's nothing short of criminal that we didn't utilise their talent!

I fear a couple of their older less talented team mates scuppered their time here, along with **** management. Started with 'we don't like 3-5-2, and we aren't even going to try to play it'

The defending from David Luiz for the Peru goal deserved hanging.

Peru certainly holding their own. Venezuela were excellent I thought. Really opens up this group.
