Prosecution have clarified with the witness, that George Floyd called his mother mama, but it was also a pet name for his girlfriend, but they were clearly said in different ways. Not as the gutter defence was trying to twist things for some reason.
Also. Did gf take those pills in May? Yes. Did he die? No. Did he take those pills in August? Yes. Did he die? No.
Defence has really shown it's gutter side today. Doing it's job suppose. Thankfully the prosecution got up again and put the record straight.
Pathetic really. Like I say unless they got some hard medical proof then they are just making themselves look cowardly. I dont envy the defence guy but you took the job so **** you innit bruh. you can burn too.
I think George's girlfriend came out of it ok, despite the defence trying to overturn stones. It was clear to anyone watching she loved him, so it proves he was a likeable character, so that will fall in favour with the prosecution and more importantly the jury.
Mate there's also nothing in any of the footage I've seen to suggest gf was an aggressive man, not on the day and nothing to suggest it during the testimonys either. Yeh.
Anyone Know any more info on why he was fired from the pd? I mean is that just policy when you kill someone or get put on trial for it? Not heard anything regarding that tbh
So paramedic confirming that George Floyd never showed any pulse or any signs of change while trying to recover the patient.
I thought the lady asked him did Mr floyyd have a pulse at this point (when they stopped round the corner) and he said yes? Did I hear wrong?
Well I wasn't sure if he said yes nor not for certain. I tried rewinding but still Couldn't make it out tbh. Im sure he says yes tho
I'm still not clear either, I got the impression from what he said on requestioning by the prosecution, George may still have been alived, so yes, he would have had a pulse, naturally, if that was the case. Trying to listen to this paramedic is like listening to an undertaker with his tone.
Paramedic 2 giving evidence now, I see this one as the main one of the two, in the sense he was closest to George on first arrival.
I'm not watching at the moment but from the sounds of it that's just another nail in the coppers coffin. Really can't wait for him to take the stand & explain how he justified kneeling on a handcuffed man's neck until he lost consciousness and then continued to do so while the crowd told them he wasn't breathing for what seems like ages, and still until ambulance basically decided to take him away. Good ****in luck with that bro.
