The same difference as there is between Twydale and Corendon. :emoticon-0138-think

To be honest, I’m not sure I’d even want Cooper. He’s always set up his teams to play turgid football. Most Leicester fans are glad to see the back of him and one of the main criticisms is that his style of football is horrible and there’s no discernible philosophy other than ‘sit back and try to score a goal and hold onto a lead’.

I honestly don’t know where we go when Walter gets the sack. A young manager from a League One team that’s doing well? Another gamble on a foreign coach?

It wouldn’t have mattered what it was called. It still gets called the Kcom by most.

It was true, not sure about the money, but he did turn us down to hang on for a Prem job. I would imagine given the chances of any other link with Cooper to coaches in this area you saw the texts from the same person that was able to confirm 100% to me he turned us down after almost taking it. I lumped on him with the bookies on the back of the info as it was pretty much done. As someone else has said he wont be quick to rush into a job given the pay off he will be getting and how much he loses if he goes somewhere else. From what I know about him he will be sat waiting for Wolves or Palace

I'm amazed just how highly people think he is rated in football to be linking him with a Premier league job! There is a difference between agent talk and actual interest in managers. Rosenior is lucky to be in the job he is, bit parting in a one horse race.

I’d go with Robins. Likely to keep us safe this season and a decent manager to build next season.

Let's say Walter was first choice among the managers accepted our offer.

There are very few clubs that get their first choice target. Even the ones with big money cannot get their man so easily. I have no idea if Acun had even heard of Tim before he sacked Rosenior but I'm not sure Tim would be losing much sleep over not being the first choice for the job.

He'll be waiting a while I suspect. Gary O'Neil doing a great job at Wolves (tough start and now improving) as he did at Bournemouth. Palace?, not their type of manager...?

Odd as most on here think we’d be in the playoffs with him. Lost 4 out of 5, who’d have thought that was possible

Same stage last season there was only GD keeping us out of the play-offs.

Three of those games were against PSG, Monaco and Nice, it would be the same as us just losing to Leeds, Sunderland and Boro, rather than us just having lost to the worst teams in the league.

Love Mowbray, he’s a proper footballing man, good coach and comes across really well every time I’ve heard him interviewed.
