Constant heavy rain in Shrewsbury for 2 days

    Starting early today, not sure how good the drainage system is at Shrewsbury Fc it would be a blow if it's called off after our win on Tuesday

    If Percy Thrower had as much to do with the pitch a he did the gardens in Shrewsbury it should be fine

    Would be nice, used to go Shrewsbury a bit when at college there in the early 90's, if I recall correctly Dean Spink was the darling of the gay meadow faithful and as a further treat they used the college pitches for training so could watch non other than Tommy "the stroller " Lynch being put through his paces from my classroom window
