What a lot of people don't realise is McGregor is absolutely pissing himself at everyone who paid for it this morning, he doesn't give a **** he lost.

I can't believe how many people he managed to convince he was going to win ffs <laugh>

No doubt. Because Mayweather isn't an MMA fighter - anymore than McGregor is a boxer.

Which is why the whole thing was a carnival show that was always going to end the way it did. No boxing fan would take it seriously.

McGregor should give Khabib N. the fight that everybody actually wants to see next.

If he can put that boy to sleep I think that'll do him a lot of good.

    When they announced the fighters...

    MAYWEATHER - Champion with 49-0

    MCGREGOR - Debutant

    <rofl>

Only a mockery of a sport like boxing would do that.

McGregor gets all the props for blagging his way to the top imo.

With the right promotion, the rematch could generate a bit of interest.

You can't blame McGregor for being cautious about arranging that fight though. Khabibs record for pulling out of fights is shocking. He should let Ferguson have the fight against Khabib and then he'll fight the winner. He needs to know he's not wasting his time with Khabib.

He's just spent 6 months wasting everybody's time for a pay cheque, the least he can do is get himself booked on a fight that tests his actual skill set.

McGregor came out swinging and won the first 2 rounds as Mayweather just sized him up.

Then he took over and just out boxed him. McGregor was puffing and panting by the 5th and Mayweather seemed to choose the round when he was going to stop him imo.

Exactly mate, only boxing would sanction such an event and have the media calling it the sporting event of the year <doh>

Apart from when he left his dressing room still wearing his bondage-gimp costume. Those were slightly worrying moments.

To not even knock McGregor out is embarrassing for someone of his level.

He's far too defensive for my liking. Being defensive against a novice when you're 20 years unbeaten. Have a word ffs.
