That means he has no confidence in himself or allegiance for either one, just a selfish attitude that suits him alone. No thanks, we don't want him over here, we have enough bludgers coming from other countries. When we came here in the early seventies, we ditched our British Passports as soon as we were able, no dual citizenship for us. We had the courage of our conviction to live in another country without the option of running home to mummy if things went a bit astray.

When you say no duel citizenship for you,did you send a letter giving up your British citizenship or just throw away your passport ? you do realise ditching a passport is not giving up citizenship don't you ? Recon you did no such thing myself.:wink:

Nothing has happened yet

When we know what deal we want from the EU, what deal we can get from the EU, what sort of deals we can get from other countries - and when we can get them....... then we can start to judge whether this voter Leave is total madness or not

All I know so far is the markets made less of an immediate reaction than some predicted (eg pound down but not by as much as some predictions said) - that's good so far as it goes, but its just market opinion at the moment and will be for 2-3 years plus, plus we know from the governments disarray that its going to take a hell of a lot of work to even be ready to negotiate on all these fronts.

Anyone who thinks its all been a great success needs to read something different than papers like the Express.

I'd love to be proven wrong about Brexit, but its going to be a long, long time before that could happen (and I don't think it ever will)

Good point. I didn't realise that. But I still don't believe myself to be a Brit anymore. When we became Australian citizens we swore an oath relinquishing all other allegiances and swearing allegiance to Australia and the Queen of Australia, a lot of people forget that bit!
