Seems like everyone wants him gone, going to be an interesting atmosphere at the Pompey home game, by this game we'll still be on 0 points as we'll lose to Fester, It's the exact same situation with us as last year which has got us all fed up, now just have to wait and see what happens <laugh>

You've some tidy players but it's obvious they dont want to play his way and with no new blood coming in they feel safe in their job, time for a rude awakening better sooner than later.

Dave Jones still available, you could do worse.
 
Saw your manager on sky, seems he was pretty pleased with the performances and effort from the Bristol City players.

It is not for me to say but with a manager like that here we would be asking for blood too.

First thing Dave Jones would do if he was your manager would be to sell Maynard for a few million then use the money to reshape your team in all fairness i think he would do a good job for you and if getting beaten in the play off's is looked at as failure then think what consolidation and improving Bristol's status in getting the club where they want to be then imagine what may be possible with Dave Jones at the helm.
 
His name has been mentioned by a lot of our fans, at least he'll probably be able to put some fear into them.

we have a squad of 35 players, only a handful are championship quality.
 
First thing Dave Jones would do if he was your manager would be to.... destroy team morale by publicly criticising young players eventually causing them to leave with their confidence in tatters. Add a pinch of being far too old school in his tactical thinking, getting his players to hoof it to whever is unfortunate to be up front, throw in a hefty dolop of being arsey with interviewers whenever they have the temerity to ask searching questions and you get the picture.

I think he was really suited to his last job with this lot.
