Confirmed: V6-turbo engines for 2014

Apalling this is meant to be F1 right?

 

No one complained about the previous turbo era.

 

These new engines will mean that those of us with anything above a fairly average car will no longer have more torque than F1 cars

Although I've yet to find a reliable source with predicted torque for these new engines. Very interested to finally find out how they perform.

I like the sound of 'more power than grip' in the Autosport article. Interesting also how it says it will favour the 'thinking driver'.
