I'm just assuming that whereas before you could just hand the card to somebody else and they could use it to get in regardless of whether they were the correct age category or not, now the digital ticket will be saved in the app on your phone, like in your wallet for example, so not sure how you would pass that on to somebody else to use instead.....

Ah, I think it'll be similar to the system at Spurs (one of my friends is a Spurs STH and his dad is often working) and you just have to provide an email/number within the app and the other person will then receive a message from the club to download the ticket for that specific game.

I visited the Swanage Railway yesterday they have gone cashless, I wonder how much revenue they have lost through that?

With gambling sponsorship coming to an end a Mobile Phone operator would be a good option, we are forcing people to buy their phones...

Does the Sportsbet sponsorship deal end this summer? Any rumours on a renewal or a new sponsor yet?

I've been to a few of the Liverpool games this year ( :emoticon-0114-dull: ) and they've been using digital tickets for awhile.

Touts and ticket sales outside of the club still happen as they abuse the 'friends and family' scheme to transfer them.

£20 increase for me, which is much lower than I was expecting.

I'm not anti-digital ticketing, but I would have preferred to stick with the card.

Think it is £50 increase for me. Not unhappy (obv not happy though lol).

It is what it is, don't drink, smoke etc (yep boring old fart), so this is my only vice and I will absorb it.

Digital ticket - neither happy or annoyed. So much of the world is ticket less nowadays and after a day just scanning my watch in and out of tube stations the other day, I can see the convenience and benefits.

I'm not sure I follow why ST holders who are being relocated from blocks 16 and 28 have to wait a day later than those being relocated from other blocks.

I'm sure the club have their reasons. I just can't immediately see it.

(I understand why ST holders who are choosing to relocate from 17-18 and 29-30 should have to wait a day later.)

Just been catching up… from what I can tell some people’s ST prices have gone up by a fair chunk and if that’s going to be an issue financially the official advice from this forum is “be better at budgeting” ?

Completely out of touch with what many peoples’ real life situations may be , but I’m sure those affected are thankful for the advice.

No, but the fact that I once put Tippex across my face to look like him does :)

    (Wait for the “What’s Tippex”…)

With hindsight that is what I should have done - have you ever tried to remove Tippex from your face in the school loos before your mum picks you up….

Funnily enough, I asked the question “Why is Tippex still on sale?” on Facebook the other day!
