It was. He likes to think he knows. Radio Sheffield said yesterday that both clubs would meet on thursday to discuss ticket allocations. It might have been done already i dont know. For sure every Hull City fan who deserves a ticket will get a ticket.
And somebody at the club has come out today and told our local press. It was Ash Lord, and he told RADIO HUMBERSIDE. LIVE ON AIR. There's someone else on here who likes to think he knows....
Any explanation as to why the club didn't issue Wembley vouchers with the Brighton and Sunderland tickets to increase gates and revenue?
I think they were maybe nervous about what happens if we make the final, we haven't got enough seats to give them to all pass-holders and also to a load of people who had just turned up for a single cup game if a lot of them were non pass-holders. It wouldn't have been an issue for the semi, but presumably those people would also have expected a final ticket.
You are wrong, the clubs meet to discuss allocations tomorrow and we will have 40,000 tickets for the semi final.
That sounds like it was taken in to consideration, the impression I get is that no one at the club has been considering a strategy for a cup run to Wembley or preparing to cash in on Wembley fever.
I daresay they'll get away with it, given their obscene charging different age groups different ticket prices, the bastards. I have to pay far more than my 10 year old!! It's just wrong, I tell you.
Just in case anyone wasn't sure our semi final is Hull City vs Sheffield United Wembley Stadium Sunday April 13th 16:07 kick off We have the east side of the stadium. This is a public tickler announcement, have a nice day.
I don't think the post that was parodying is on this thread, but it was in jest of (one of) our resident dipshit.
What the **** were you doing greasing up balls for our semi-final on Sunday on a Friday morning for? The grease will be everywhere by the time kickoff comes. Or do I not want to know the answer?
