On a similar note, there might have been another interesting wee attack from the buyers' side. Duncan Castles, who gets his info from Gwyn Williams, and therefore from Bates, has been claiming that the deal was held up by the buyers failing to meet the deadline for handover of fees, and has basically been putting forward Bates' side the same way LUST have been with the buyers. Early this morning David Haigh tweeted "Looking for a 'quote of the day'.. On Journos that make stuff up as they go along. Can anyone help? #lufc". Perhaps a thinly veiled attack on Castles and Bates' side of the story?
For another day. Scum 2 Scouse Scum 1. Given what happened before today's game, anyone know how more Scouse Scum fans got into the leppings lane at the start of that game than clearly were supposed to & whether or not they all had tickets?
Where does it say it's a take over? Oh I know, it is the dress code that says it is a takeover, isnât it?
