Compress the weights? What would you do?

    My initial thoughts are Sunnyhill Boy and Merry King. One thing is for sure, if I fancy something after studying the form shortly, I will not be put off it by a bad run between now and the GN. I wasn't put off Kilburn when it fell before the GN but I was put off Mon Mome <doh>.

    Teaforthree... stands out. 3rd last year. Horses that run well over the fences traditionally do so year after year. Jumps his fences very well and could end up with 5lbs lower than last season. Could be the first welsh winner since donkeys years and Curtis has deliberately protected his mark..

    P.S I agree with Dexter's comments - they ve gone too far with the alteratons...
