    But sometimes it is an option taken too quickly. This is a public forum after all and there is not much that should involve banning.

    Not general banning from the forum just the board in question. I favour the sin bin approach, two weeks banned then back. Three strikes and your Gone! :)

    Get your point<ok> I would say racism bullying and any sort of phobia related stuff possibly deserves it, but after warnings I would imagine and possibly a temporary ban.

    It must 100% be deserved.
