But sometimes it is an option taken too quickly. This is a public forum after all and there is not much that should involve banning.

Get your point I would say racism bullying and any sort of phobia related stuff possibly deserves it, but after warnings I would imagine and possibly a temporary ban. It must 100% be deserved.
