I think most of the medical staff that have interacted with me over the last 18 months felt the same. When I got those insect bites that ulcerated due to my immune response going over the top, my blood was tested for virtually everything. If you remember, they heeled of their own accord before I was operated on. The consultant said that apparently, I was in very good general health.There was almost disbelief in his voice when he told me.

Equally, a textbook recovery from hip and knees with further blood tests and multiple ECGs. Don't ask me how. It isn't rational. One day, I'll just unexpectedly drop dead
