There's a new music festival in Warrington this coming Bank Holiday weekend at Victoria Park. Headline band is Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds. Also appearing are The Coral and the Cortinas (sp).
The Cheese is planning to cash-in on the festival goers. It's the nearest alehouse to the Park.There will be two separate tills in operation. One for the regulars and one for the festival lot. Two different price ranges will apply. Standard and Festival. Two different BBQs, one at the front and one in the beer garden. Same price differential. Also getting in loads of bottled water and charging through the nose for it. I can see this going very well
I'll have to be careful smoking my spliffs outside as there are bound to be filth all over the place.
The festival lot will not be allowed into the Grange on Saturday night (26th), thank ****
