lol, bit more to it than that. The guy got doxed and his pictures went up (in a bad manner including his family i believe). Anyway some people got banned for it, there was a whole deal made out of it. Milk probably wasn't aware of the history but photoshopped his face onto a photo to as a joke and posted it up
He didn't actually see the Photoshop... I had PMed him before I posted too to check he was ok with it... He never responded so I posted it... I was going to take it down if he asked... I think that was the issue. Yeah. I wasn't aware that that photo was one that had got someone banned before.. Or that he had been doxxed. Someone PMd me the photo when I asked what the "wizard photo" people had been talking about was. The reason people had been talking about it was there was a thread where Hiag had been posting pictures of himself on it and people were laughing about some wizard photo so I asked what the wizard photo was... ... And the rest is history.
he is allowed to withdraw consent even in the middle of the act now so while its a yes now luv could get done just as he posts.
Still don't understand. Surely it's down to me if my photo get's posted. I won't withdraw consent and see Luv banned.
I only started photoshopped you after @Tobes had had your face as his profile picture for a few weeks too.
I know I've discussed this case on here before but... Several years ago a couple in a university that had been dating a few years, both virgins (religious if I remember correctly)... Decided it was time they have sex. They buy booze, rent chick flicks, candles and a bunch of romantic stuff... She tells all her friends about it... How excited she is...etc... They were making a big to do about losing their virginity together and told everyone they were doing it. Afterwards she felt remorse for having had premarital sex... Has him charged with rape (and I think he was convicted too) because she had drank so couldn't give consent (even though he had been drinking too... So how could he have given his consent? Isn't she a rapist too by that logic?) So despite this all being heavily thought out and planned and she had expressed her idea to do this to all her friends... She had remorse after the fact and claimed she couldn't have given consent. This is a case of revoking consent after having already carried out the act willingly... And that bothers me. I have problem with some of the drunk so can't give consent argument... Obviously there are times when people act predatory and take advantage of drunk women... That is rape. This poor kid though whose longterm girlfriend turns all prudish the day after and blames alcohol... I have a hard time believing that is rape. If my wife of 18 years gets drunk tonight and we have sex... Am I a rapist? Even though we've had sex at least 5 times before with consent granted...
Better to kill them all after and dispose of the bodies seriously if you can "it bothered me after" then its down to his lawyer to badger her on the stand. "did you say yes" "did you help plan the evening" "did you drink more than him?" "did he force you to drink" Its entirely down to the quality of the layer but she has damaged his reputation for life even by making the claim. Yeah... deffo need to just remove any possibility of a complaint these days... whether that is abstaining OR killing them you decide according to your morals. (beat that cynicism)
