Haha, is it all sound now? No sticks or limp etc?

Is it right you can’t kneel down when you’ve got a metal knee?

It's all sound. The only after-effect is my back aches after I've walked any distance, but that's due to weakened back muscles having been on crutches for nearly 3 years. I wouldn't be going to Mexico if they weren't 100% <ok>;

I actually haven't tried to kneel yet. I asked the surgeon, as inability to kneel can be very limiting in certain situations. He said there's no medical reason why not, but about 50% of patients just don't like how it feels. I'll let you know as things progress with Rachel <laugh>

I'd not seen Rachel for 3 weeks until last night. The last time I saw her at the Cheese, it was the day before my eldest returned from Dubai. So I told her she'd have to come in and meet her on the Saturday. She said she'd try. She didn't some in before we had to leave. She then went on holiday with Les, her platonic 73 year old friend, who really is a lovely bloke.

I was walking back from the pub last night and I heard someone shout Andrew, so I looked up and saw her. No-one else in Latchford calls me that, bar the unit. She did go in on the Saturday to meet us, but we'd already left. She said she'd had a great holiday, but missed me <yikes> I thought it'd died a death, but she's going to try and get in this weekend even though she's skint. She did walk over and give me a kiss on the gob. Hope springs eternal <laugh>

"Platonic 73 year old friend" probably her sugar Daddy and as he only has a few years left in him she is looking for the next one, little does she know of your circumstances:emoticon-0164-cash::emoticon-0164-cash::emoticon-0164-cash::emoticon-0164-cash::emoticon-0164-cash::emoticon-0164-cash::emoticon-0164-cash:
