Uncanny I finished on both Weds and Thurs ahead of my mate, so arranged to meet him in the boozer closest to his house. Used to be a great pub when a sScouse Red had it, but it;s an Irish haunt now. Was sat at the bar on Weds surrounded by paddies. One of them had a citeh shirt on. I said "Big game for you lot tonight, mate". He said "I actually support Liverpool". I actually did spit beer back into my glass and said I couldn't wait to tell my mates on the Liverpool forum. I then said "Well you are Irish" The shirt had been ghiven to him by his utd supporting mate Oh, and Carling was £3.80 a pop

Dating is expensive **** sometimes. Last year I doubled up on one weekend just in case one was a non starter, Friday night then Saturday night. Both put out on the first date which surprised me because the slutty one (Friday) took some persuading (she wanted it but didn't want to come across as a slut) and the classy Dr. (Saturday) didn't need persuading at all. I didn't even try because I thought she wouldn't, but she asked if I was coming back to hers. Thing is, Saturday I was beaming with confidence from the night before which helped. Saw both girls for a couple of weeks before I dumped the slutty one, then started seeing some Czech girl I met in Covent Garden a week or two later...which was quite cool because she was an Au pair for Terry Jones of Monty Python and lived in a nice apartment under his house. Poor Dr always had a counterpart which became quite hard to maintain so the Czech girl went after a month or so. Then I booked a holiday in Vegas and the Dr became too full on and finally she had to go....and Vegas was awesome. So my advice is...don't be shy to split the bill and save a bit of money, get a couple of dates in during a week if you can and don't be shy to keep dating even if you're seeing someone.
