Probably been mentioned already but massive (and naive) tactical blunder by Poch starting with Kane. Made 11 passes all game and lost possession 9 times ffs. Complete passenger, and when not a passenger a complete liability - gave the ball away for the eventual pen/1st goal.
And then to play Alli as well, at least have gone with Moura if going with Kane.
Throughout his time, you have to question Poch's judgement on team selections, particularly in Cup competitions. In fact there should be a poll - which is better at team selection, Poch vs Injury Enforced. I reckon most would say the latter.
