As it's coming up to January transfer window what would you do with Pierre, I see a few options. Sell in January for money, keep till the summer and let go for free (hopefully having got promoted). Virtually non existent chance of signing a new deal, maybe with the 500 club money or if we get promoted. If there is any chance of keeping him then we should go for it.
 
With Muller now fit I think they might let him go if a club comes in for him the club & Ainsworth are not the type to stand in his way also again he looks like he is really enjoying his football again he looks a different player to the one at the start of the season

I wouldn't say Muller is fit yet, but he should be an adequate replacement when match fit.

I see that Brown might be going back to Cheltenham (just after keeping a clean sheet against them). I presume we will be extending Blackmans loan till the end of the season then. How long have we got Gape and PCH for?
 
Good. But what's happening to Scott Brown? Played a blinder at Cheltenham and contracted until Summer 2018

I must admit that GA and Howard seem to be doing a great job. As Phil says it is nice to have a team which is ours and not loan players, it is also (on the whole) a very young squad. I see we only have 3 players on loan now, Muller whose loan seems to be up - is he still with us? PCH who I hope is surplus to requirements at Millwall so we can snap him up (fingers crossed). Blackman who we have till the end of the season. So maybe after this transfer window we will have only 1, Blackman, with Muller either signed till end of season or released and PCH snapped up on a free.

I can't see where we need to strengthen either, unless Pierre goes. Good keeper, solid back four, good midfield with cover (bean, wood and Weston) and a great combination up front. I guess if Kashket stops scoring then we could be in trouble, but where do you get a decent striker from in January.

Just looked and PCH seems to have only played 8 games in 2 years at Millwall and only has 6 months left on his contract, unless he throws a curve ball he could be snapped up as well.
 
Also looking at the squad (guy above) I would only release 3, freeman, Thompson and mcginn, but saying that they could all do a job if needed.
