quite pathetic that we have to so heavily rely on another team when we were practically coasting to 3rd spot, the typical story of bottling Arsenal under Wenger's reign in the past seasons. We could've and should've had top 3 secured by now going into the last game.

I am so relieved by this result - Spurs played well and deserved to win, but the footballing gods seem to be smiling on us (for once). We've didged a massive bullet there. We have one game to prove ourselves worthy of 3rd now. We must not **** it up.

 

So third is back in our hands now...

 

We only need a draw to guarantee 4th. Though Chelsea can take that away in CL. Still need a win against the Brom to remove all doubt.

 

Fulham in decent form. They might nick something at WHL. We could do **** all and still get 3rd.

I genuinely thought Villa would win - its indicative of how poor we are though that we have to pull each other up on whether Villa do us a favour or not.

An awful season from us, which may result in the CL because other teams handed it to us. We've got a lot of work to do in the summer - starting with getting a new manager .

Facts are facts, we should have had 3rd secured by now, but we bottled it big time, which has become a consistent pattern for our team under Wenger, there's nothing to be pleased or happy about. YAY 3rd spot, how magnificent, that's what you term a success, 7 years without a trophy, and we're supposed to act all happy by getting 3rd place, give me a break, not everyone is going to get swayed by your bull **** blinker arguments.

Facts are facts, we shouldn't have been relying on other teams, and there's nothing to be proud about here.

 

Exactly - there are no redeeming points about this season. Its been terrible. But we've been handed a last chance - not winning a single game in the last 4 and relying on other teams giving us gifts. Nothing to be proud about at all.
