Oh look, 'title favourites' Liverpool just dropped some MORE points. What's that, then? 8 points behind us having played a game more. Laughable. Absolutely laughable. It's Intertoto all the way for the scousers; although tbh I highly doubt they'll get there via the fair play award...that'll be an average of 1 red card every other game?

Just spotted Levy trying to spot the 'Pool Juggernaut bearing down on us full steam ahead...

They'd be the humble fishing vessel drifting behind Newcastle, Daniel.

2 draws please! The tighter it stays at the top the more exciting the season gets! And how great would it be to finish above man city with their striker leading the line <laugh>

By thunder Jack, I think you may have found the solution to the recession:

Put a large, deluded group of scousers in charge of the economy between January and August, making sure to remove them before September. Bingo.

The irony being that, if you bring in Evertonians for February-April, they too will have a positive effect as they talk of their team's title-challenging form...that's come far too late to mount a title challenge.

I was watching a team of experts saying that Man City may be champions this year by playing the best football and that Spurs don't really have a chance!
Well,I know I'm prejudiced but,tell me,
who is playing better than Spurs? They are a credit to the PL and a treat to watch.
Remember ,we did give City and United a 6 point start......and Stoke a good chance of a cup run by playing a lot of reserves.
Thanks mainly to Ade,Parker and Modric (returning after his hic cup),we've turned it around.
Now,maybe,Stoke will return the favour........

Experts who predict with apparent certainty with 24/25 games to go are brave or foolish. Most wouldn't get it right with the aid of a crystal ball.

City certainly look strong. So do Spurs. But neither are proven over the course. It may sound boring, but there is the best part of six months left of the season- anything can (and probably will) happen.

Before the season started, I was predicting the Manchester clubs will indulge in a little mutually-assured destruction, in doing so they'll let Chelsea sneak in and win it. At present, we're the club that would benefit most from this - but I'm still not counting my chickens, because there's plenty of things that can make or break the season of Spurs, Citeh, MUPLC, Arsenal and Chelsea yet to happen (and that doesn't include January business)
