If Mitro scores the goal that sends our webbed toed neighbours down we should seriously think about a statue for the guy!! Has Rafa pulled off the ultimate double whammy.................. saved us from relegation and sent the player out on loan that sinks the bungalow dwellers??
The only thing funnier would be if the mighty Burton Albion relegated them next weekend. You know, the same Burton that they were laughing about last season? ' Well if we were playing the likes of Burton then we would be top.' **** club and a lot of their fans are a disgrace.

If Mitrovic is Championship level then what level is Joselu? People need to stop comparing him to Shearer and compare him to what we have. If we don't sign a good striker this summer and let go of a talented, improving, committed young lad like this I'll be miffed. Even at Rafa. I simply won't look in his eyes as I swallow.
Said it before and will say it again. To suggest Mitro has found his level is absolute garbage. How many other Championship strikers have the same or better goals to minutes record Mitro has? If it were any other striker of his age scoring at the rate Mitro is in the Championship everybody then would be saying they would want to sign him. I’m not saying this proves he’d do the same in the PL but he has earned the chance to try. I’ve always liked Mitro partly due to his passion, partly due to his style but also because I believe he does have the ability to make the step up if he was given the chance by a manager wanted him and played a system suited to his style of play. Sadly I agree with Pouchy that I can’t see it happening under Rafa at Newcastle. If he does go I hope it’s to a Club that will play to his style and I will always welcome him back if he returns to play against us.
