    Have we ever won a trophy? Yes, you get trophies for winning leagues, finishing second and winning the play-offs. But no, we've never won the FA Cup, League Cup or any European Cups.

    Hmm, a thread started as a wind up to Millwall has bitten leeds fans on the arse so much, they're desperately trying to salvage something, so they change the thread and try to make out it's an invite to opposing fans (nomark may need to read that several times). The challenge fails and leeds are again floundering, so what does ellen do to try to salvage it/ She tries to turn it into a pissing contest in the hope City having a poor record of trophies somehow makes the new Leeds having non whatsover and the old leeds only having ones they bought acceptable. :biggrin:

    Give it up girls, you're ****e at this. :biggrin:

    There's that insecure "we" again. You've had more complete answers to that already in this thread but they seem to be way, way beyond you, so I'll humour your cute little ways and say NO we've won nothing. It's not true of course as others have pointed out, but some of us don't need vicarious glory to fill a void in our personality. <ok>

    If we're having to stoop to the feeble levels of a pissing contest, see if you can get this one right, How many trophies has the current Leeds won?

    It's true. The current Leeds haven't won any. But as it was 1992 when we last won something, there was never going to be any of the representatives from that team around at this time.

    And I knew it the question put to you wouldn't be answered the first time round. It was an easy one too......

    Regardless of our respective histories, nobody on this board actually played any part in the success or failure of the club they support, so a pissing contest is rather pointless.

    I've been supporting City since the 70's, I still go to almost every game home and away, but I've played no part in our successes, or our failures.

    Neither has anyone else on here.

    I nearly did! Well, not my club, tbh. On the eve of one Scottish Cup final, I almost reversed over Paul McStay in a petrol station (he was then Celtic's captain & most influential player). The significance of this was underlined when I told my workmates. They were halfway to the bookies before they realised I said 'almost'.
