I just bought tickets for the home game against Plymouth and the away game at Ipswich. The first of the season for me!

The home game had the option to download to my phone or print at home which is fine.

However, the away game only had the option for collecting at the Stadium. It's a while since I went to any away games and then they were pay on the day. So I'm not sure of the procedure to collect the tickets.

The club site says the ticket office/sale center is closed on Saturday and Sunday?!?

Will it'll be open on the match day or?

Thanks Charon. I thought it must.
Yes,it's open on a match day,behind the East Stand,normally not much of a queue:emoticon-0148-yes:

You just give your name, sometimes they'll ask for I.D and they'll have your tickets in a box next to them.I've only ever collected on the day for the relevant match so not sure how this works for collecting tickets for an away game later in the week but they're nice enough people and will keep you right:emoticon-0148-yes:

Pffttt, on Wednesday we had had a guest with us from Lincolnshire who was due to collect his ticket from the office, when we got to the MKM the queue at the office was quite long. He ended up walking in with me after giving the office a miss. Waffle can get you in many places, and I can certainly waffle. :emoticon-0126-nerd:

Leeds fan?(apparently there were a few secreted among the faithful). Should've left him outside and refrained from breaking the law yet again:emoticon-0110-tongu
