I know you lot love to think we hate leeds, but many of us really aren't that fussed, it's Sheff U that are the team most City fans of an age have a serious dislike for. When the little fat dyke was keeper there, there were a serious of exchanges between him and us fans which were 'interesting'.
It was back when he played for the blunts in the year they went up to the premier league. We we're losing 2-0 and got it back to 2-2 and we're battering them. Our striker got the ball through and was one on one with Kenny when he brought him down in the area. We didn't get anything from the referee and to disguise his ****e attempt at goal keeping he went down in the area himself, clutching his face when no touch was apparent. He soon got up, they went and scored a last minute winner & he started to gesture to the City fans. His antics got some of our fans so worked up they ran on the pitch to confront him. As Dutch says, i think alot older City fans think Sheff Utd are more rivals with us, afterall we've played them alot more than yourselves and had more interesting matches, like the Battle of Bramall Lane and the incident where we had to beat Burnley 3-0 (i think) to go up, but could only manage 2-0. The match was played out infront of a lot of travelling Sheff Utd fans who didn't have a game because us v Burnley was a rearranged match.
Time for Colin to call it a day and retire back in Devon or Cornwall or wherever he lives on his tractor...
To be fair to Colin in the same article he doess say that TWS need to stop feeling sorry for themselves and get on with it. About time Colin.
