Great ideas - first one should be to get a nucleus of players who are capable and want to succeed - and shut the revolving door that allows it to be so that I don't recognizes some of the names let alone the faces - same applies to manager and staff. I have no real idea what the end game for the owners is - we are getting to be worth less and less each year - there are no real assets to strip- yet money keeps getting added
