Great ideas - first one should be to get a nucleus of players who are capable and want to succeed - and shut the revolving door that allows it to be so that I don't recognizes some of the names let alone the faces - same applies to manager and staff. I have no real idea what the end game for the owners is - we are getting to be worth less and less each year - there are no real assets to strip- yet money keeps getting added

I'd be interested to know Andy's view on Ipswich, a newly promoted club from League One and now mixing it with Leicester, Leeds and Southampton for promotion, with regard to the connection between supporters and the club, football performance, and the business operation - his three main areas.
