    The welsh FA should have listened to his demands...He was not asking for much.....Typical short sightedness as usual...

    I met him once when he was still playing for us . Seemed a nice guy but he must be bonkers taking the Sunderland job a bigger mess than us.

    He won't last long there! Sunderland don't have the quality to work with as Wales do, he got lucky with the group he had at Wales, should have waited for a better club and squad, it's all downhill for him now. Clearly not getting Wales to qualify for the World cup was always going to hurt him as far as the FAW are concerned, he did far better than I thought he would do in fairness to him, wish him only good things after he leaves the Black cats of course...........<laugh>

    I'm not so sure he will be a flop at Sunderland myself. I think he is just the man to start their revival TBH...It will take a bit of time of course But once he has settled in and got himself organized he will be fine...
