First of all, isn't that just Keir Starmer wearing a sheikh costume he bought on Amazon?

Secondly, and more importantly, this might give the Spurs fans who seem to have got it into their heads that if the Qatari bid for Man Utd didn't go through they'd buy Spurs a bit of a reality check - outside the reality check of how sportswashing always targets the clubs on their hind legs entirely to make their fanbase adore the owners, not clubs who have spent a decade in or around the CL places as you don't create a parasocial relationship by maintaining a club's course

Friday? **** off. :emoticon-0173-middl It's on ITV, so they can **** off, too.

Awful choices for TV, Spurs v Burnley and Palace v Everton are very ordinary prem fixtures, money goes to money Wigan the only side below the Championship to be televised is frankly appalling, none of the non league sides are on TV in the 3rd round and I whilst I maybe biased I would have thought that Gills v Sheff Utd has the sniff of giant-killing about it and will be probably be better game for the neutral than the all prem games. FWIW I think that Wigan v United, Sund V Newc and Arse v Pool all make sense, but the rest are a kick in the teeth to the EFL teams.

Chelsea away on a Friday evening? What ****wit thought that up?

Sp after that game Spurs will have played THREE
fridays NOT due to the influence of UK public holidays
(at the moment both Spurs and Forest have played two) .

I will recompute the stats for all PL clubs using that end date,
to see what the distributions are. but In the meantime I am
calling anti-Spurs "broadcast TV c**ts" (TM) .

It's almost entirely clubs not playing in Europe who have a free week before the Friday fixture

You'd think so, but the numbers don't appear to reflect that.
Villa, City and West Ham are all in Europe, so that's 3 out of 10.

All those games were in weeks with no European football.
I think the fact that Chelsea and us are selected more often is simply because we are the most box office of clubs not in Europe.
