Has anyone ever reviewed the club structure before and how we are set up? I was searching for Nicola Cortese this evening trying to find what he is up to and came across company check which had his past director roles with Southampton. Reviewing the link I see we have been segregated into 7 companies including a property entity and training ground entity. Does anyone know why we have this split? Looking at our main holdings company the net worth of the company appears to be -42 million which is a bit of a surprise. Also reviewing the documents I see we have pledged new documentation to companies house last week. It appears to be in relation to Gareth Rodgers who appears to have stepped down and then being reappointed, not really too sure what to make of that if anything. I believe it's him stepping down as secretary and being pointed as director of the companies. Is this a significant sign or as expected? Also wouldn't you expend to se Kruger mentioned anywhere in these?
