Even Farsley knows Grayson made a poor substitution today, which is why he made the thread.

The only thing people don't agree with me on is concluding that the poor decisions mean Grayson is a poor manager and has to go.

 

that's because at the other end of the scale, you refuse to agree that the good decisions make him a good manager. everything's black and white.

I've got you by the short and curlies with this argument, but no doubt you'll find some way to troll me.

 

So he's a good manager when he makes good decisions and a poor manager when he makes poor decisions?

That 20-1 I got looks very good at the moment - you've got to ask yourselves is there 3 teams worse than Leeds in this League?

 

Millwall, Bristol City, Crystal Palace, Doncaster Rovers, Barnsley, Derby, Middlesbrough, Peterborough, Hull, Watford, Coventry. I feel we probably have a squad as good as or better than all those teams. We will comfortably finish in the mid table at the very, very lowest.

 

I think the only squad worse than Leeds out of that lot is Doncaster's - and you were lucky to beat them in midweek.
The teams you are evenly matched with will have the edge over you because they have better managers

 

I think the same about Millwall.

 

If we had a goalscorer, we'd be top now.

To be brutally honest, until Christmas you can do **** all in the Championship and then just storm the league. That's probably the best bet if you're a playoff-seeking side. Very few teams are consistently good and those who are are the ones who have paid huge amounts for players and a good managerial staff.

 

True - But I don't think a team has ever won promotion with a defense as bad as yours

It will if you don't spend good money on the 4 defensive additions you need to become an average Championship team!!

 

I was genuinely worried about relegation but I've seen enough to ease those fears now, unless we suffer really bad luck with injuries.
