You did it Varier because you can't take all the banter that has been aimed at Chelsea tonight. You should try being a United fan this season, we have taken some severe stick, and our mods haven't dished out any bans or needed to close threads, as we're all old enough to take it on the chin. I find it fairly laughable, that you need to start closing threads on your board because of comments that are taking the piss. It is life, Chelsea fans have been on our board ripping it out of us all season, and now your denying everyone the chance to do it back. This is the problem with these forums, some mods are very tolerant like on our board and others aren't. I personally feel closing threads for abit of banter, is abusing your powers as a mod. If you want to just talk about Chelsea with Chelsea fans, then sign up to an only Chelsea Forum. I and many others rip the **** out of the scousers a lot worse than this when they lose, and they do the same to us, you just need to man up and deal with it, it is just banter after all. No one has died

Did the end of the world happen last night ? Despite my comment on another thread in this forum - it was only a game ! Yes it's gutting when your team loses -( I've had enough practise with mine) - but there are many more important things happening in the world - with people actually losing much more important things than a football match. You might not give a toss about anyone who is daily risking losing their life in a war torn part of the planet or who don't know from where their next meal will come - but they would gladly swap places with you and not bat an eyelid at all the wumming. Take your 'pain' - it will fade and you'll go again next season - for some there will be no tomorrow. I'll now climb down from my soap box and spend a bit of time polishing my halo.

I got banned for daring to argue that Chelsea would pass FFP, and arguing Wenger and Jose's spat earlier this season proved that Arsene was cracking not Jose...and would be the start of their annual meltdown
The Arsenal board is an absolute joke. I got a load of abuse on there one day and got banned for it because Piskie was too gut less to have a word with his own brethren. The irony of now coming on here and questioning our mods is priceless. But then them gooners are a sensitive bunch (as well as the most fickle in the league).
Thank you for your opinion, however it is still my job to keep some vague sence of order on here. If a thread is too rowdy it is perfectly within reason for it to be closed for an hour or so. Don't like it? Tough. It wasn't the first time and probably won't be the last. If you want to talk about it more I am happy to do so.
Fair do's we got blown away by a good Athletico side no shame in that - after the first game against Basel I would've taken a semi final finish with both hands. Having had a chance to examine the side Jose will have the chance to remedy our shortcomings esp up front next season......onwards to Sunday.

The real irony of your post is that your mods don't deal with the nasty element on your own board. Never once have I seen them intervene when decent (and non decent) posters get abused left right and centre (and Robby and Ossie please note I have mentioned no names ) for absolutely no reason other than for not being a Chelsea fan.
There's no irony there at all. If he were complaining about their mods being too relaxed then it would be irony.
