Nobody threatened you with any ban. This whole thing has absolutely nothing to do with JT so why mention it? Your post on our board was so contradictory it's laughable. You came on saying how you wouldn't tar everyone with the same brush yet you started referring to our fanbase as scum . You wonder why you got jumped on!

As for changing my 'mindset' i have not. All clubs have an element of t@@ts but sadly it seems that your club is rotten to the core. Actually the JT thing is completely relevant to this because if role models (sorry i thought about JT and role models) like JT can be racist against fellow professionals then you get the future of this:

17 years old and he is doing that? But it doesn't surprise me when your fans sing "Anton Ferdinand we know what you are" after the racist comments of JT. We know what you are? Doesn't take a Chelsea fan much to work that out does it? I have also seen NF papers being sold outside SB, what does that tell you?

As i said not all scum fans are racist but you do have some some real scummy people that play and support your club.

Actually, according to a Chelsea fan who was on the train, this does have something to do with John Terry.

The fan who called LBC said that the train was full and both black and white people were pushed away at every stop. He claimed the black guy was wearing a PSG scarf and was aggressive and threatening.

He also claimed that they were singing a song about John Terry being a racist.

You've all seen the video, there was room for one person to get on. The black guy wasn't wearing a PSG scarf and the song wasn't about John Terry.

The gist of the caller's reasoning was this is all a press smear campaign against Chelsea, now where have we heard that one before?

Unfortunately, all clubs have a small number of such Neanderthals amongst their 'regulars' and every now and then their true colours surface. It's still a society problem that finds an outlet in the partizan world of football.

As reported, Chelsea are taking this very seriously as it doesn't fit in with their new 21st Century brand so hopefully the culprits will get what's due but all clubs need to show zero tolerance...

Their captain is a racist and rather than condemning him all the fans jump to his defence and support him (this suggests it's acceptable in the culture of their scummy club)

This young kid who was there and tweeting now says the songs were about Terry being racist and that's why they like him.

Firstly this is proof that all Chelsea fans do really know Terry's excuse was a lie and he is a racist but they accept that and don't care.

Secondly it proves that by tolerating racism in their club they have made it acceptable and rather than the isolated idiot they have made him the captain leader legend and general poster boy for whole groups of racist fans. So the behaviour is embeded and accepted. This means it's grown in size and seriousness, not just singing racist songs (as hundreds if not thousands of them did about Anton- with no action taken by the club or its fan base) so this has progressed into the scenes we saw yesterday.

There is a direct link between them accepting racist behaviour, throughout their history and it being more prevalent than at other clubs including our own.

Chelsea have been reluctant to self police and cause this. Ignorant comments above by some of our own posters that I am ashamed of. Wanting to ignore this because we might have the odd idiot. We can police ourselves Chelsea can't and don't want to.

That is basically what i was trying to say to them PD. I won't tar all fans the same however Chelsea FC do not help their cause by supporting JT and making him some sort of idol to younger fans. I see they have closed the thread like they do with anything that shows them in a bad light.

And the reason it's right to criticise and draw attention to this clubs embarrassment is because it's about time the right thinking majority of Chelsea fans made it clear that this isn't accepted.

The video cut though and skipped in time how do we not know that some one said they were racist , ( because wouldn't let him on a packed train ) so they chanted it mocking them taking the piss? Just thinking from both angles is all not saying it's acceptable at all ....

I think we all pretty much agree that what happened was stupid and in the 21st Century it shouldn't be happening.
what has annoyed me is:
1. Most of the media or ex Chelsea players being interviewed has condemn it and then use reference of the Wigan Chairman and Malky Mackay as things that are sending out the wrong messages...WTF! Look no further than JT!
2. Chelsea FC have said if they know of anybody pushing people off the train at any station they will ban...WTF! will they ban all fans drinking as well?
3. Chelsea fans are saying the chant wasn't aimed at that bloke but a song about JT....WTF! They are just as dumb as the idiots on the train.
