If Shelvey has been carrying an injury as Bruce has suggested
then why the **** has Bruce included him in the previous matches
it's his job to get the best from the team not listen to one player saying that he is ok

His excuse is that he doesn’t have any other options. When there are in fact several. He’s a clown.

It wouldn’t surprise me if Shelvey plays anyways.
 
He’s had a sore groin now for the past two, three weeks and tried to play with it.

WTF Steve. He’s bad enough when he’s fit and you play him when he’s injured? Why isn’t the clubs doctors ruling him out? Why is he playing a player when he’s not fit? That’s just plain stupid.

So he's admitting he's playing injured players again and that he has injury problems.<doh>

Nope he gets it right today let's be hair he does usually get a response when he needs it... I just hope he picks the side that can he us the points
 
Come on guys, catch up. OF COURSE he's been playing injured players. If he only played the fit players then it's harder to give an excuse when you lose.

Playing injured players is win/win. You either get a good result OR have a ready made excuse if you don't.

Steve Bruce book of managing. It's a quality read and full of insights. Some really creative 'out of the box' ideas. I don't think he gets the credit for how visionary he is. Maybe he's just ahead of his time and we just don't 'get him' yet.
