'Obnoxious, aggressive and racist'
The court also heard that Sinclair, 44, urinated in a police car during the arrest in his hometown on 12 November.

After Sinclair pleaded guilty to drink driving and a racially aggravated public order offence, the prosecution dropped other charges including assault on a police officer, failing to provide a specimen and criminal damage.

It's a shame that they don't see Lineker's tax evasion in the same light.

- fully agree - it's a bigger shame that Peter Herbert from the Society of Black Lawyers who vowed to kick racism out of football hasn't made a statement condemning this sort of behaviour - we're still waiting

Odd case this one, surprised Sinclair hasn't contested this charge as it's a 'he said she said' accusation (unless it was recorded or they have witnesses).

Perhaps he's pleaded guilty to avoid the more serious charges that were dropped? But in the long term this offence may do him more damage career-wise.
He was a decent pundit and ticked so many BBC boxes, much better than the skint Arsenal cheerleader Wrighty.

Just hope no City employees get caught drink driving but I fear it might be too late......
