Red Mark Mcghee mentioned that Clarkson needs to get fitter to put those runs in........positives are as you say he is an intellegent footballer also he has worked under Mcghee who hopefully can rekindle his firepower given he only scored 11 for you guys.

Difficult for a striker joining City as you have always bought quite a few and neveer settle on a main partnership up front so without continuity confidence tends to go south for the winter and when you get on try to hard and are not sharp enough.

Hopefully Clarkson will get his mojo back at a lower level either way its good for both clubs and the player

But seriously.. i think clarkson will do well for city reserve.. i mean rovers.. might of found his level at the bottom tier.
