Okay for me. We spent a lot of money to secure Eddie, did we check he would suit Bielsa for the way he wants to play before signing him? Presumably not as it appears he is being recalled due to lack of game time. Bielsa (according to reports) wants Adams if Eddie as expected goes back, so seems Bielsa is not that desperate that he stays. If reports are true (I accept they may not be hence the if in both this and the original post) then did we check if Adams was available? So we have the prospect of Eddie going back and the replacement identified by Bielsa not arriving, meaning relying on Bamford to stay fit for the rest of the season. I know people have suggested that Roberts or Costa could play through the middle if Bamford got injured but clearly if Bielsa identified Adams that was not his original plan. So we lose the fee we paid for Eddie (I presume Arsenal, as most premier clubs do, insert a clause / 'fine' if their player doesn't get the game time they require - don't know assumption on my part here?). Either way (unless Eddie stays) bad planning by the club / Bielsa when in a great position to go up. Again, my take only and more than happy to be shot down in flames
possibly we pay more loan money if he plays so we kept him on bench till 2nd half but he has gone now and leeds are top so we done the right thing
